Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Sarajevo, received the master's degree from the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb and PhD degree from the Faculty of Architecture in Sarajevo, on the topic of cultural codes comparatively articulated phenomena of space-shaping skills of the purpose of human behavior.
Full professor of the University of Sarajevo, served as the dean of the Faculty of Architecture in Sarajevo for two terms, educated engineers of architecture and artists of the Academy of Fine Arts. Designed and implemented architectural-spatial ideas and behavioral contexts of development and growth. Directed doctoral and master students to scientific research methods and preparation of their theses. Followed processes or restoration of cultural-historical facilities and using the re-design of purpose rearticulated one-of-a-kind artefact-fractals of artistry. Participant in many public debates, symposia, conferences.
Actively managed Institute for Protection of Cultural-Historical Monuments. Discovered hermeneutically concealed knowledge of spiritual-public forms of art by publishing research results of the phenomenon of Bosnian topos. Promoted cultural heritage of BiH in Ljubljana, Strasbourg, Paris, Kobe, Vienna, Istanbul, Bostin etc.
Published results of the Institute research of culturocide over monuments of heritage of BiH 1992-1995 – “White Book” – is the basic Document of the Dayton Peace Accord and Action Plan of renewal established with the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.
